29 Feb Rogers Communications Partners with Canadian Hockey Expo
The Canadian Hockey Expo, is very proud to announce that it is with Rogers as its exclusive media partner. Rogers is a preeminent hockey brand in Canada, with exclusive national hockey broadcast rights through the Sportsnet, CBC and NHL GameCentre platforms. Rogers is also a leader in regional broadcasting, with 92 CITI FM leading the pack as the top rated FM station in Winnipeg.
“This is a partnership we’re very proud of,” says Jarret Hannah founding partner of the Canadian Hockey Expo. “It was important for us to partner with a media brand with with a strong relationship with hockey consumers in Canada.”
The media investment with Rogers is very comprehensive. Beginning March 7, the Canadian Hockey Expo brand will be seen on Hockey Night in Canada, Sportsnet West and NHL GameCentre broadcasts. That footprint will be further grown through Rogers various digital holdings including Sportsnet.ca and NHL.com as well as CITI-TV and 92 CITI FM broadcasts.
This partnership, further deepens the Canadian Hockey Expo’s relationships in Canada’s sport community, with a partnership with KidSport Winnipeg already in place.
Response from consumers and exhibitors alike has been tremendous. With over 40% of exhibit and sponsorship already booked from hockey brands across North America, The Canadian Hockey Expo is well on its way to being a one of a kind, interactive hockey event for Canadian hockey consumers.
